Willink Morning Show

The Willink Morning Show first aired in March 2004. We began with 18 students and have grown to participation of over 50 students. The Morning Show Club is open to all 6th, 7th and 8th grade students.

The opportunity for students to sign up will take place at the end of October. Students should listen to daily announcements and check this website for updated information.

Students and parents must make a commitment to working a week at a time every four to six weeks. Participants are required to arrive by 7:45 AM the week they are scheduled. There is no bussing. Students must get their own rides. The first scheduled work time for students however, is for toe weeks. The first week is for training and the second week students get to work the equipment they have been trained on, with supervision by “student experts” who have worked on the Show for over a year.

We believe that this is a tremendous learning experience for all students. There are many positions available, such as anchoring, working cameras, audio director, video technician, graphics, floor manage, director and producer.

We look forward to working with all interested students in the near future. In the meantime, please tune in to Webster Channel 15, every Monday through Friday at 5:00 PM to catch the day’s show.
