 Our Mission  

The 6th, 7th, and 8th grade educators in the Green House strive to collaborate as a team, with the goal of creating a learning environment for students that is consistent, safe, and meaningful, with real world applications.  Our focus is on helping students learn fundamental organizational skills, study habits, and self-advocacy skills that are essential for a successful middle school experience.  As students progress from 6th grade through 8th grade, student independence and learned transitional skills will lead them into choosing individualized pathways when they reach high school.  In the Green House, it is important to us to create parent/teacher partnerships and to promote strong communication lines in order to facilitate student success.
