  • MEDICATION PICK UP: All medications must be picked up by Tuesday June 22nd. Per policy, any medication left behind will be disposed of.

    A new medication order from your doctor is required each year your child is on meds. A blank form is on the school website (see below), at the health office, and will be available in the main office over the summer.

  • SIGN UPS FOR FALL SPORTS: will be held at Willink on August 10th &11th from 6-9pm for all levels (V/JV/Fr/Mod) last check in will be at 8:45pm. Also at Thomas High on Aug.16th &    Aug. 20th from 8:30am-12pm. you must have a current physical to play. (see below for details)

  • 10th GRADERS: are required to turn in a current physical and a dental certificate. This is NYS mandated. Mailing regarding this will go out in May, please call the health office at 670-8019 if you do not receive it.

  • **PARENTS MAKE SURE YOU UPDATE YOUR PHONE NUMBERS AND ADDRESS WITH THE SCHOOL SO YOU CAN CONTINUE TO RECEIVE MAILINGS AND CONNECT ED MESSAGES.

  • The Health office is closed over the summer. work permits can be obtained in the main office. Blank medication forms and physical forms were sent out in the Thomas newsletter and can be printed off this website (see below) or picked up in the main office.
